Nigerian Visa Requirements for Trinidad and Tobago

This article will show you the Trinidad and Tobago visa requirements in Nigeria and explain how to apply for a visa to the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Algeria, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Republic of Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, United Republic of Tanzania, and Uganda are accredited to the High Commission of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in Abuja, Nigeria.

Trinidad and Tobago’s requirements for business and tourist visas

Every candidate must visit the consulate in person to submit their applications.

Photo: two (2) most recent passport photos (full face, no dark glasses)
document for travel: Passport that is valid for the whole anticipated stay in Trinidad and Tobago, or at least six months.
Visa Charge: Four thousand naira ($4,000.00) non-refundable visa cost. Bank statement. Three months’ worth of most recent financial statements, before filing.
Accommodation: For a vacation, a hotel reservation is required.
Invitation: electricity bills and an official letter of invitation from a host in Trinidad & Tobago. If the guest is not a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago, the letter of invitation must also contain proof of the person’s immigration status in that country. Additionally, the invitee’s name, address, and phone number should be made very clear in the invitation letter. Please take note that casual e-mail invitations are not permitted.
Booking a flight: Your visa application must include an itinerary for your trip or flight.
Letter of introduction: an introduction letter from the applicant’s employer that is valid for three (3) months prior to the date of the visa application. If going on business, a letter from the applicant’s employer outlining the reason for the trip, the expected length of stay, and the company’s or organization’s Trinidad and Tobago contact information is required Payslip. 3 months’ worth of monthly pay stubs are acceptable before applying.

Visa For Studying In Trinidad and Tobago

To get a study permit in Trinidad and Tobago, a person must apply in person.

complete two (2) visa forms (duly signed by the Applicant).
two most current, colored passport photos.
Passport that is valid for the whole anticipated stay in Trinidad and Tobago, or at least six months.
A non-refundable visa cost of 4,000 Naira is required (N4,000.00).
Parental/Sponsor(s) most recent financial statement for the three months prior to the application date.
Original copies of the Senior School Certificate, GCE certificate, or university degree issued by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), as appropriate.
a document declaring that the degree is not offered in Nigeria and coming from the Nigerian Ministry of Education. ONLY those who want to attend the University of Southern Trinidad may use this.
Letter of Acceptance from a Trinidad and Tobago-based educational institution.
Proof of tuition fee paid.
evidence that you have enough money to support yourself while you’re studying.
Travel or flight schedule.

Trinidad and Tobago Requires Additional Documents Visa

Healthcare professionals. For medical practitioners traveling to Trinidad and Tobago, the original medical license and registration certificate with the Medical and Dental Board of Nigeria are required. Certified copies could be accepted by the consulate.

Documents for registering a business. A document from the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission serving as proof of business.

Please take notice that while visiting Trinidad and Tobago to receive or solicit orders, traveling salespeople who lack established agents are required to get a license.

All required papers must be submitted in two (2) copies in addition to the originals. Printing forms in two columns is recommended.

Please be aware that applications need to be sent in at least six (6) weeks before the anticipated departure date.

Security remittance. Payment of a refundable security bond deposit in the amount of 5.6 million naira (N560,000.00 per applicant). After the traveler leaves Trinidad and Tobago and returns to Nigeria, this is refundable. Within a week of receiving the request, they handle the refund. A refund may only be requested and collected by the applicant.
Please be aware that the Mission will provide the applicant with a document granting permission to deposit the SECURITY BOND at Diamond Bank. To get the Mission’s receipt, you must deliver the deposit slip to the Mission. If the Security Bond Deposit was paid in Trinidad and Tobago, the mission will need to view the original paperwork. A photocopy will not be accepted. The Trinidad & Tobago High Commission will take Diamond Bank Drafts.
